Dawn Zenkner is the Controller of Embrace Living Communities. Dawn oversees the organization’s housing accounting functions, budgeting, audits, forecasting, financial reporting, HUD compliance reporting and real estate tax.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has more than 19 years of experience in HUD accounting, budgeting and real estate tax.
