Ralph Gaines is the Chief Executive Officer of Embrace Living Communities. He is responsible for creating and implementing the organization’s vision and direction, and responsible for creating, planning and integrating the organization’s strategic growth initiatives. He oversees overall operations and is responsible for directing management activities at our 30 living communities in Illinois, Florida and Missouri that are homes to more than 2,5000 residents.
Anne Oliva is the Chief Financial Officer of Embrace Living Communities. Anne is responsible for leading the finance team in managing the organization’s overall finance activities to ensure the organization achieves its mission of providing ecologically and financially affordable housing to its residents. As a member of the senior leadership team, Anne also plays a critical role in developing and implementing business and organizational strategy.
Greg Watson is the Vice President of Operations of Embrace Living Communities. In this senior executive leadership position, Greg will be responsible for the oversight and management of our 33 properties including operations, physical plant, compliance, and budget management.
John Diehl is the Senior Advisor of Embrace Living Communities. John provides general oversight and leadership for housing community systems, operations, compliance and budget management. In this role, he further supports the organization in bringing bold and innovative solutions to our communities.
Ed Havlovic is the Director of Plant Operations of Embrace Living Communities. In this role, Ed oversees physical plant operations for all housing communities to ensure system-wide continuity, and provides technical support to on-site maintenance and housekeeping. In addition, he coordinates maintenance training and safety programs and participates in the development, construction and rehabilitation of housing communities, including the coordination of bidding processes for all capital projects.
Dawn Zenkner is the Controller of Embrace Living Communities. Dawn oversees the organization’s housing accounting functions, budgeting, audits, forecasting, financial reporting, HUD compliance reporting and real estate tax.
