The Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents in a respectful manner in either the Company’s minibus or van. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

The Staff Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities.

The Controller is responsible for leading the accounting team in maintaining, managing, and analyzing financial statements, payroll budgets, tax compliance issues, and more.

The Director of Operations leads and directs all aspects of the organization’s operational processes.  Develops and leads systems that support the organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. Provides technical support to on-site maintenance and housekeeping personnel as needed. Oversees telecommunication support for the Organization. Involved in training programs for all on-site maintenance and housekeeping staff. Participates in the development, construction and/or rehabilitation of housing communities.  A senior executive who directs and oversees the financial activities of the organization, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Safely maintains and repairs the physical plant, maintains the grounds and uses environmentally safe chemicals to clean all public and common areas in the housing community by performing the following duties. Uses environmentally safe chemicals to clean all public and common areas in the housing community. Cleans vacant units prior to move-in of new residents. Assists maintenance staff with routine tasks designed to ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained environment.
