Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Social Service Coordinator

The Social Service Coordinator assists elderly individuals and persons with disabilities in obtaining the supportive services they need to continue to live as independently as possible in their homes. The Social Service Coordinator plays a critical role in implementing core programs as delegated by the program model; deliver information about and provide supportive access to local services and resources that can assist the resident to achieve their housing and service needs, goals and objectives. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Senior Lead Maintenance Technician

The Senior Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of the physical structures of the housing community and grounds functioning. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Manager

The Manager directs the operations of assigned affordable housing communities to ensure quality, welcoming homes are provided to all residents.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager assists in leading and directing all aspects of the organization’s operational processes. Develops and maintains systems that support the organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Office Assistant

The Office Assistant provides clerical support to the housing community in accordance with company policies and HUD regulations and contributes to the team effort of providing quality, welcoming homes to all residents.

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician preserves and repairs physical structures of the housing community, maintains the grounds, and contributes to the team effort of providing quality, welcoming homes to all residents.

Lead Social Service Coordinator

The Lead Social Service Coordinator (LSSC) provides assistance the Director of Social Services and Quality Assurance by working with assigned Social Service Coordinators in a mentoring and lived social service experience’s role; by offering guidance in file management; program creation and service referrals, connection and follow-up with resident case management. The LSSC maintains their role in assisting the residents at their “home” property and assigned case load of elderly individuals and persons with disabilities in obtaining the supportive services they need to continue to live as independently as possible in their homes. The Lead Social Service Coordinator plays a critical role in implementing core programs as delegated by the program model; deliver information about and provide supportive access to local services and resources that can assist the resident to achieve their housing and service needs, goals and objectives. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Lead Manager

The Lead Manager acts as a workplace mentor to assigned team members and directs the operations of designated affordable housing communities to ensure quality, welcoming homes are provided to all residents.
