Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff works as direct support to the President/Chief Executive Officer. The Chief of Staff coordinates board of directors’ meetings, oversees Human Resources department, Marketing and Communication projects, and manages internal/external communication related to areas mentioned above. The Chief of Staff supports senior leadership in various projects aligned with organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. The Chief of Staff supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Manager

The Manager directs the operations of assigned affordable housing communities to ensure quality, welcoming homes are provided to all residents.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager assists in leading and directing all aspects of the organization’s operational processes. Develops and maintains systems that support the organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Lead Manager

The Lead Manager acts as a workplace mentor to assigned team members and directs the operations of designated affordable housing communities to ensure quality, welcoming homes are provided to all residents.

Itinerant Office Assistant

The Itinerant Office Assistant provides clerical support to four (4) housing communities in accordance with HUD regulations and contributes to the team effort of providing quality, welcoming homes to all residents.

Director of Social Services and Quality Assurance

The service coordination program is an integral component within the Embrace Living housing communities. The role of the Director of Social Services and Quality Assurance is to design, develop and monitor the service coordination program through continued training, coaching, guiding and evaluation to assure a consistent, competent, and compliant program is effectively implemented. This position exercises leadership with the service coordination staff and is responsible for promoting the integration of Embrace Living’s organizational mission, vision, values, and management philosophy in the overall development of effective programs and services for residents and is an advocate for the needs of residents and affordable housing.

Director of Plant Operations

The Director of Plant Operations oversees physical plant operations for all housing communities to ensure system-wide continuity. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations leads and directs all aspects of the organization’s operational processes. Develops and leads systems that support the organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Controller

The Controller is responsible for leading the accounting team in maintaining, managing, and analyzing financial statements, payroll budgets, tax compliance issues, and more. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”
