Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities.

Controller

The Controller is responsible for leading the accounting team in maintaining, managing, and analyzing financial statements, payroll budgets, tax compliance issues, and more.

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations leads and directs all aspects of the organization’s operational processes.  Develops and leads systems that support the organizational vision, growth strategies and mission ensuring maximum quality, productivity, and revenue. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Plant Operations Manager

Provides support to Director of Plant Operations to oversee and support physical plant operations for all housing communities to ensure system-wide continuity. Provides technical support to on-site maintenance and housekeeping personnel as needed. Oversees telecommunication support for the Organization. Involved in training programs for all on-site maintenance and housekeeping staff. Participates in the development, construction and/or rehabilitation of housing communities. Supports bidding process of all capital projects in the housing communities. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and living well.

Chief Financial Officer

 A senior executive who directs and oversees the financial activities of the organization, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. 

Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant is responsible for handling and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day accounting activities.

Manager

Directs operations of a quality, affordable housing community for seniors and people with disabilities by performing the following duties personally or through supervision. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and implementation of the policies and procedures set forth in the Housing Community Operations Manual. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”
