Anne Oliva is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Embrace Living Communities. Anne is responsible for leading the finance team in managing the organization’s overall finance activities to ensure the organization achieves its mission of providing ecologically and financially affordable housing to its residents. As a member of the senior leadership team, Anne also plays a critical role in developing and implementing business and organizational strategy.

Over her 44-year career, Anne has held finance and accounting leadership positions in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, advising and counseling executive teams and board of directors on business development, analysis, strategy and operating efficiencies.

Prior to joining Embrace Living Communities in 2007 as Director of Finance, Anne served as a Senior Financial Analyst within the retail and real estate industries.

Anne holds a Master of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Elmhurst University. She is a certified public accountant in the State of Illinois and earned a certification from NCHM as a tax credit specialist – advanced.
