Over the past year, Embrace Living Communities has been making significant investments in its properties through refinancing and fundraising efforts. These efforts have allowed Embrace Living to make substantial upgrades to community spaces and apartments, making healthier, safer and more accessible places for seniors and people with disabilities to support their physical and mental well-being.
The project so far has updated or is in the process of updating Embrace Living Communities’ Peace Memorial Manor, Immanuel Residences, Garfield I and Garfield II communities, all in the Chicago-land area, to meet the highest senior living ADA standards and best practices.
These upgrades will make sure residents live with dignity in an environment that reflects Embrace Living’s commitment to providing quality, welcoming homes. With these renovations, residents have already remarked on how much more comfortable and safe they feel.
