Our history has led us to serve 3,000 residents in 34 communities.

We have experienced change through our long history, but our mission to serve aging adults with communities that embrace living has remained.

Greencastle of Allerton (Rockford,Illinois), Greencastle of Bienterra (Rockford,Illinois), Greencastle of Loves Park (Rockford,Illinois), and Greencastle of Mulford (Rockford, Illinois) joined / Organization rebranded as Embrace Living Communities

2015

Martin Avenue Apartments (Naperville, Illinois) added to managed services

2013

Greencastle of Sterling (Illinois) and Greencastle of North Aurora (Illinois) joined

Renamed as Consecra Housing Network and exited all children and family service programs, including International adoption program

Greencastle of Palatine (Illinois) opened and organization celebrated 100-year anniversary

Pine Acres Nursing Home purchased (Illinois) and Greencastle of Bayonet Point (Tampa Bay, Florida) opened

Greencastle of Kenwood (Chicago, Illinois), Orchard Place of Morgan Park & Beverly (Chicago, Illinois) and Orchard Place of Sarasota (Florida) opened
