The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and implementation of the policies and procedures set forth in the Housing Community Operations Manual. Supports the Embrace Living Communities wellness culture that encourages active aging and “living well.”
Safely maintains and repairs the physical plant, maintains the grounds and uses environmentally safe chemicals to clean all public and common areas in the housing community by performing the following duties.
